Fahad Fazil, Dulqar Salman are popular these days in other parts of the country due to the technological advancement, reach of internet,OTT etc that doesn’t mean Malayalam movie industry was not famous before 20 years. Those who are in the film industry from other parts of the country respect Malayalam cinema because of KG George, Padmarajan, MT, Aravindan, Sathyan, Nazeer , Bharathan, Bharath Gopi, Mammootty, Mohanlal etc. They are the real legends of Malayalam cinema.
