Tbh, and esp by the looks of that crab: I don’t think I could buy street food, soft- or hard-shelled seafood, that wasn’t kept on ice and prepared before my eyes. Dangerous game to play with your gastrointestinal tract!

I know sanitation laws vary greatly but I would still chance some of this food but the unchilled seafood, nope. I've had bad grocery store salmon in the United States and that was a sh*t show of epic proportions.

There are videos of people in China opening sewer grates and skimming the oil off the top of the water and then using it at their food stands to cook food with/in🤢🤮 China has some of the weakest food regulations. Ever heard of “Pagpag”? It’s pretty gross too.

@@charlesv581 using ceramics, stone goods or glass would be quite complicated for a street food vendor. Unlike plastic paper degrades much better and doesn't end up in the ocean. You can kill tree or fish.😋

I love watching your street fair vids because there's no useless chatter and not too much panning camera shots. Try to not show the same process of the cooking too many times. I love that you show the prices and especially the US prices. I really appreciated the food quality remark you made about the pricey seafood dishes, but missed it during the first viewing. I only caught it when I went back to look for the price of the meals. Have you thought about rating each dish maybe with stars which would include price per value as well as taste? Have you thought about visiting other countries? Philipines? Hong kong? China? Japan? Korea? San Francisco!

Just found your channel by accident - wow excellent, I like the way you show it first, and then show what it is and the price, well done, most 'street food' channels don't and it can be frustrating. I've just had to 'Sub' to see more, - what was that small coloured sort of 'rubbery' triangle that you kept peeling back.? It's no good , I just just had to go and do bacon and eggs at 3AM GMT.

Christopher Lovelock hi,the rubbery thingy is a type of dessert called “kuih lapis”,made from rice flour,coconut milk etc. The layer have to be steam separately,it’s kinda fun dessert since you can eat it whole or eat it layer by layer. It’s very yummy,pls visit Malaysia one day and you will be spoilt for choice

5:20-7:50 JACKFRUIT LOOKS SO GOOD, I always have to google so many of the other foods I don't know bc they're unfamiliar to me & named in a different language, but it's interesting learning about new snacks,pastries,fruits,vegetables,beverages & all kinds of foods, that I wouldn't otherwise know about.

I don't know why I'm still watching this in the middle of the night. It makes me hungry. All I can do is to drink water because, we don't have enough food because of lockdown.
