I have been station in many different Asian locations, Guam, Thailand, and Vietnam and have never seen or heard of the omelet sandwich. It looks delicious and fun to eat as well as make. I am going to have to try it out. Though I am a retired executive chef I can see where this would be a hit here in America, just like 30 years ago when the giant baked potato that you could custom order was a hit all over America

It's mostly just a trendy version of our traditional food. But traditionally, we would've NEVER in our right minds mix that w/ choc but everything nowadays HAVE to put cheese like some things are better off without cheese on it🤦🏻♀️ and I cringe when they put it on top of the fried bananas like DOOD it's best with a dip of spicy sweet chili soy sauce. I'm done ranting sorry

But you can just come to any 'pasar malam' which is the night market in any (usually) housing area where we sell the same things but only once or twice a week compared to Ramadan bazaar which is everyday for a whole month😂😂😂

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, the donuts look very light and delicious. I would love to know how to make them. I adore making donuts at home. I use pop can biscuits. Love the videos. Watching from U.S. Central Louisiana. I also do not know what it is that is being made in the pieces of bamboo and rolled in coconut after is steamed, but it looks like it tastes divine.

I love and respect other cultures. In the U.S. these vendors would be so annoyed by all the typical modifications Americans demand. No this, easy that. I feel like it would lose a lot of the taste and experience of street food.
