Sorry to hear about your experience with the airline. Was this on a short or long haul flight? I would suggest that you file a complaint with them and see what they can do.

@@ThePanzoAdventures it was long haul 14 hours from Adelaide to Malaysia to Narita and back i did file a complaint they ignored it so i escalated it and File a Complaint Against them with The Human Rights Commission of Australia and thanks tbh they were the worst part of my holiday but when i return to japan im going singapore buisness class traveling whilst being 6ft8 is hard enough as it is

Im OneWorld Sapphire status with US based airlines and also BA. He was either a new employee with no knowledge or he just didn’t know. A manager was required to assist and that was a two minute process once the manager was there.

@@ThePanzoAdventures Agree that it's a 2 min job to look it up. Im a OWE with MH and from time to agency ground staff in remote stations get it wrong. BYW I shared your video on my MH group so you may get an increase in views.
