Something SG hawkers must learn from them. Don't stinge on the ingredients and cut corners. Rentals in SG is too high. That's why. Also do it with passion and not too profit oriented.

If you are really a good food lover..I would suggest to eat the stall whose sell whole duck in other part portion instead of drumsticks. It is because the sources of drumsticks are frozen in boxes and the whole duck is more fresher …just my humble sharing

Convenient way of cooking duck soup noodles. It's fast, and it's easy. Why didn't the ones at my place do it like this? Their duck soup noodle was not even that good, so saying things like "it'll reduce the quality because of ...blah blah blah" wouldn't be very persuasive...
