In malaysia you need to understand who do you ask what best food or best places to visit. Basically there are 2 main groups in malaysia. Muslim and non muslim. Muslim wont go to non muslim eateries and places of attraction. But non muslim will eat and viisit muslim attraction.

If you want Chinese Cuisine , ask a chinese looking person. Most Malays do not eat in chinese restaurant because of Halal issue.
@linustw
@linustw 10 ай бұрын
Haha.. Malays dont take pride of their food like chinese do. You ask malay what good to have Their answers will be 1. Nasi lemak 2. Nasi kandar 3. Roti canai (which is an muslim indian food originated from southern india). 4. Mee Goreng Surprisingly the malay shop owner never introduce you to satay, our national food for tourism 😂

@@linustw How naive you are, Most probably having Malay friend only after Form five. TO foreigners, of course , the Malays will tell about standard issued food such as nasi lemak, nasi kerabu, roti canai, mee, But among the Malays , however food talk would involve exquisite stuff such as mee kolok, bihun sup utara, sambal, tempoyak sambal kelapa, singkang, budu ,nasi dagang, nasi ulam, etc which you probably never heard of. This is similar also among the Chinese when they would talk about food which both the Malays or Indians never heard of.

We don’t trust our zebra crossing. Many reckless drivers and motorists ignore that. I always stop but the cars on my next lane might not and it was sometimes a close call to accident . 😞 sorry about that part of Malaysians.
