Luke Martin If u in Malacca u should try “klebang coconut shake” situated at klebang beach, Then u should try Ee Ji Ban Chicken rice ball at Taman Melaka Raya. Dont forget to try cencaluk (fermented shrimp) also.last but not least “kuih keria antarabangsa”. Its like doughnut but coated with melted palm sugar

Singapore has the best food in the world and its a shame that your show there was limited. It will be great if you could re-visit the place. Some great dishes to try - oyster omelets, Hokkien noodle, radish cake, popiah, fish head curry, mushroom/minced pork dry noodles etc. Love your show

In southern (Johor) , normally they dipped the fried banana into thick sweet soy sauce (kicap pekat manis). In the northern area ( Perlis, Kedah, Penang) the dipping use is light & sweet chilli sauce. So every area got different ways of eating fried banana, and also there a multiple variant of banana sold (certainly not cavendish)
