With lucia kane and her tap ability each tap adds an instance of copy sp if you untap her twice and use her ability again you will make 2 copys of the next x spell. So 2 untaps will give you the original spell plus 2 copys

I don’t think Pool could have equipped the hammer to the Yar before combat because he was tapped out, it was only after Eleven attacked that he had mana for it.

That turn was a bit of a mess. There is a way he could get the same results though. He could have equipped Yarr instead of cracking that one Clue precombat, then cracked one more clue postcombat and had one less mana open at end of turn.

Hey Eilidh, I think you forgot to actually pay the 2 for the rings of brighthearth the first time, but also I think that because you tapped Lucea Kane 3 times in total you should have copied Altered Ego 3 times.

In the pre-Foundations world, with Trample, you choose how to assign damage. While normally this means you assign lethal damage to each blocker so that you can deal the remainder to the defending player, this also means that you can choose not to assign lethal damage to a creature, however you won't get to trample over (702.17b). So if you deal damage such that the Protean Hulk only takes 5 damage and the rest is on the rest of the attackers, then the defending player does not get the Hulk trigger until after normal damage is dealt unless they have something to kill the Hulk between damage steps. of course, that doesn't matter anymore because now you can just assign damage as you want regardless of trample.

I love Magus. My whole deck is based around untapping her a ton so you get multiple copies of these X spells. As soon as you do the thing though everyone sees you as the threat so it’s a glass cannon deck a lot of the time lol.

That's been my experience with her as well, she was the first deck I brewed from scratch, and well, yeah, even without untapping her a ton, the first "double hydra" raises eyebrows, but when you do it the following turn again and suddenly you have 4 honking beasts out, suddenly it is "So she's the threat, right?"

Naturally, decisions like walking things back are for the table to make and agree with (so no criticism to the players of this game)... but for anyone else reading, consider not trying to ask to change past actions because the present state is going against you. If a card resolves and you don't have issue with it until a later card makes that card shoot your stuff, just let your stuff die.

It really isn't. Not understanding interactions between cards, especially a card as obscure as Helix Pinnacle, is pretty normal. The fact that All Will Be One triggers off of any counter is also pretty abnormal. It's pretty easy to excuse someone missing that interaction, especially with Magus Lucea Kane doubling the effect. It's perfectly reasonable for someone to request that be taken back when they finally understand the interaction. No information was added once the Helix Pinnacle was cast, so it's a very easy reversal. That's not even accounting for the time delay between the players because this is all happening over the internet. With how much we shortcut priority, it's rather easy to move through priority before someone has a chance to respond and disallowing them to rewind because "like four steps of priority" were passed is the utterly ridiculous thing.
