As a former female gymnast, that was so fun to watch. I also noticed that Ash and Joanna are right-handed and Luke and Nile are left-handed. However, that may not always be true. I used to turn to the right on a full (full-twisting back somersault), but jump and turn to the left on jumps. Weird.

@@guinnevereschronicles2225 What? I don't understand your question. You just naturally feel more comfortable turning either to the left or right. The balance beam has certain "issues" that make it incompatible at times with the male anatomy. This is why I think that male balance beam should be an Olympic event. There will be some truly epic crashes that are entertaining yet cringeworthy, and very entertaining for the audience at the very least.

What part of the anatomy? I mean, don't they just need to be short, compact, etc, like women's gymnasts? It's not like their swinging dicks are going to give them too much momentum on spins, and I doubt any woman considers breasts to be an asset to her balance.

A tip that I figured out; when leaving the beam to do some sort of Acro like a back tuck, I get my feet in the exact position that I need them to be in when I land while I’m taking off. So that way I don’t need to worry about fixing and repositioning my feet for landing mid air. I just take off with my feet in the exact position that I need them to be in when I land and make sure they stay glued together in the air and I found that worked really well for me. This is probably so obvious to everyone but it changed the game for me when I realized lol 😂❤️
