Yes, more civilized. But it is a children version. Because all the negotiations seem to be absurd. No focus on what the investors can bring to the table of networking/connections. As an owner you would never sell equity to these greedy type of investors, unless they actually bring VERY important connections etc with them. It is the investors connections which may be the needed goldmine. Not their actual cash.
