So what I fathom from the bts, this is the plot. Aurora is the queen of her land (didn't know it was in the North-now we have another Queen of the North) and hers and Maleficent's land are co-existing peacefully. Phillip (now uglier) proposes to Aurora and she agrees. When Maleficent finds out, she hesitates and warns Aurora that its a bad idea. Aurora manages to convince her to see Phillips's parents over a dinner. Phillip's mother pisses Maleficent off with her talk about how they'll make Aurora her own and take her away from Maleficent? Maleficent is angered and does something that injures the King, Phillip's Dad. She calls off the marriage and asks Aurora to come with her. Aurora refuses, and Maleficent leaves with Diaval. The queen takes care of Aurora and convinces her to forget about Maleficent. She secretly orders her men (or women) to track Maleficent and kill her. Maleficent is hurt and falls into some river? She is discovered by a creature with the same large wings and horns like hers. She is taken to the land of the "fairies" who are like her. Chiwetel Ejiofor's character explains her origin to her. She understands, and now, more powerful with the company of her own people by her side, she decides to bring Aurora back. With her people, Maleficent wages a war on Phillip's castle, and-like in every Disney film ever-she wins. The evil queen is defeated and with her lingering evilness now out of the way, Maleficent agrees to Aurora and Phillip's marriage. And they get married and have a kid and invite Maleficent for the child's christening (no mistakes this time). And they live happily ever after.

This comes out two days after my birthday!!! Can’t wait! The voice makes me miss her as Laura Croft too. Unlike many, I adore Miss Angelina! Cat woman vs. Laura Croft! Hell yeah! OMG! The kid that played “The Bird” in “Inbroken” is the fairy giving fist bumps to the kids! I never thought I’d see that guy again. I also love how these movies twisted the tale and Maleficent is more of a mother figure to Aurora. So sweet! And their chemistry is perfect! Prince Phillip in the first one went on to play Henry Turner in the last Pirates of the Caribbean film too. He look too Justin Bieberish in the first Maleficent. LOL!
