A group of our local firefighters just returned back to North Idaho after having been down helping with your fires. They were gone about 2 weeks.

Saddlerock Ranch had a couple houses on pilings along there, i did a lot of electrical work underneath the house - salt air rotted the EMT conduits, did a lot of plastic conduit and rewiring. 8:07

What you say early in the video about people who clearly "Know the road" is so true, I'd argue they also know their vehicle and what it's capable of along with all the quirks of how it runs. I've experienced that same thing on the way up to my families cabin in the Cariboo area of BC where we have our vacation place. We have to travel a narrow winding highway to get there (very similar to the road you were travelling on), and you know when someone is familiar with the area vs when they aren't.

Spencer’s grief is palpable. Hearing him talk about surfing, growing up in that area and living amongst the devastation now, I am so sorry. 😢❤

You know….Disasters, and Devastation we know of….. But when it hits home…. That’s when it’s a wake up. Now living on the Beach, I would have it on my mind, that a high storm would crash in and my home would wash out to sea. Fires 🔥 and winds🌬️ are so real but scary to the max. Materials are not important…. it’s being alive that the focus should be. ♥️

Loved Moonshadows!!! …..I’m sure Spence will remember the famous “Mel Gibson incident” that happened there 20+ years ago, and the delightful name he called the female police officer who pulled him over. 🤷🏼♂️🙄
