Malibu Wakesetter: How to troubleshoot and calibrate your Power Wedge

I used the guys idea of switching the red and black wire with the battery switch off then reinstalled the fuse liked the switch on and the wedge is now up. Couldn’t get anything else to work but this. Great suggestion it worked for me. I will repeat the process if I want to drop the wedge and surf now. A little ghetto but it works

shallow water this year around us, bound to happen, if you're in MN drop off your prop for repair!

My wedge is stuck a quarter of the way down id like to get it working right do I just need to adjust the sensor to the left or right?

Thank you very much for this video. It was so helpful to get the Wedge working!👍🏼 The only Issue I have now ist, that the Sensor during calibration shows a 600ish value. Does it means that the sensor is broken?

Do I have to have the boat in gear in order to spin the wheel and get wedge back up ?

@@SWELLWakesurf what I used to do is switch the wires around in the fuse panel and press power wedge down and it went up .

My wedge goes up and down works fine - however the gauge does not move when I move the wedge. Do I need a new sensor?

The sensor wouldn’t allow it to move, so you most likely have a bad gauge or a loose or bad wite
