I love this podcast gento you should definitely keep this going‼️ As far Malika she’s obviously a raging feminist who clearly doesn’t mind talking to black men sideways. She should be suspended by espn to set the precedent that disrespect will not be tolerated. Her going out of her way to disrespect black men is flat out BS‼️

I think the issue with Udoka is that it was the VP of finance's wife, and dude wouldn't chill so she let her husband know and they had to fire(resign) Udoka.

There are too many women in mens sports. We need some women but a controlled percentage for balance but all these issues coming out of the NBA recently and ESPN is involving too many woman involved in mens sports. We need to change the ratio. It has become too modern and thus feminitzing the league.

As I have listened to this story, it has been troubling me from the very beginning, and those alarm bells have kept getting louder and louder in my head, which tells me that there is something seriously wrong with this tawdry, tasteless affair. Therefore, I am going to endeavor to share my intuition with this panel before the entire story comes out, proves me to be right, and why most of the podcasters and the media types have this story all wrong. What if the people that are in deep trouble in this organization are an assistant coach, a vice president, the wife of the vice president, a general manager, and even the CEO to a lesser extent? This story has captivated and shocked our consciousness and most of us have been mesmerized and hypnotized by the salacious aspects of it. What if there are serious implications that need to be thoroughly investigated by the NBA and what if the media needs to hold these people accountable for the mendacity and deceptiveness? Why would a consensual sexual relationship with a married woman who has made at least one major decision in her life, getting married; has been in the organization much longer than the coach; and there is not a clear-cut power dynamic between the two, turned into this ugly foundational organizational shaking mess?

I like Malika Andrews. I think she is perfect for the show, and I think what happen to her with Stephen A. Smith was a perfect quick fix to a growing problem. She was getting too cocky and needed a small slice of humble pie and S.A.S. came out like the grandfather at a cookout and gave it to her. He did it respectfully and he did it in just a way not to destroy her confidence but enough to let her know to reel it in just a little. We all know power corrupts absolute and power unchecked corrupts absolutely. I can already sense her crying about the bad press, but this will only make her a better version of herself, and we will continue to move forward ................GRIM

Because what if an assistant coach (and not a player) found out that the head coach was having an affair, and what if he told the husband and vice president about the affair, and what if the vice president confronted his wife, and what if the husband had persuaded his wife to arrange for the coach to come to their home, and what if this had led to a setup of the coach, and what if the coach took the entire blame because he felt truly remorseful and believed that he had let the entire organization and his long-term partner down, and what if the vice president had gotten his revenge with the year-long suspension of the coach for messing with his wife, and what if the wife was left to battle with the internal conflict of potentially destroying a man’s career whose central mistake was having an affair with her. Would the media need to demand a scrubbed version of this investigative report be released, and would the NBA need to demand an unredacted version of the same report, and would the NBA need to do its own investigation to determine the merit of the suspension?

Ume is the head coach, public face highly paid representative of the Celtics organisation. Constantly on camera - interviews, press conferences or on the bench coaching. If these are "unknown to the public", how are they NOT being "dragged into the public eye"?!! We hear about coaches/GMs being fired "Head of HR/booking hotels for away games"? Not so much

ESPN are talking about it BECAUSE "current NBA coach". NBA is what pays a large portion of ESPN bills. They're NOT talking about "suspended Walmart employees" So why ONLY UDIKA got punished SHOULD BE

Blame: feel or declare that (someone or something) is responsible for a fault or wrong. You, DECLARED your FEELINGS multiple times; Those women were consensually involved (aka also AT FAULT); why are they not also being punished (aka being held RESPONSIBLE for their actions), if those acts were prohibited (aka WRONG), according to their employer/contract?"

As much as I hate sounding like the women, the only way that we as men will get our voices heard is to complain, boycott etc. shows like this ESPN. This woman and women like her are not respectful of men and have their own agendas of feminism. Boycott and get our voices heard

Men that deflect from men being held accountable to whine "But women did it too" are UNWORTHY OF RESPECT!! If he wasn't a "sports head coach", they'd not report it at all. Were he the "head of accounts", few NBA KZbinrs would be making videos on it Your parents care about YOU being late for school. Your saying "But Jane was late too" IS NOT respectable!! Were Ume white and the women black, SAS would be caping for those "abused sisters" Because he's DESPERATE to reclaim his "black card"/balls He used to say "Stay off the weed" No he says "Also blame the drug dealers" Statement one is PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY Statement is WEAKNESS - "I can't resist temptation so ban what tempts me" Crack exists - I don't smoke it Tinder exists - never used it No wait, "Reagan put crack in black neighbourhoods so they HAD to smoke it; blame whitey"...

you completely lost on this topic ,ESPN couldn't just put a woman's name out without fear of a lawsuit, apparently the reason why the coach was disciplined was he did something other than just the affair which came out later ,Malika's tone was rude but her statement was factual

I as a black man don’t want any black man haters eating off black male dominated sports. The only way this changes is for black males to stop speaking to any media that ain’t owned by us. Break all news to black owned media and control what you produce. If you want to hate black men then eat off of and feed yourselves. The NBA ain’t valid without black men so we don’t need to feed our haters
