Malinowski attorney testifies before House subcommittee on fatal ATF raid

Bud Cummins was at a U.S. House Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government regarding the fatal ATF raid of Bryan Malinowski's home in Little Rock. Malinowski during the raid would shoot at an ATF agent who returned fire and fatally struck Malinowski, according to officials.

He also did not see the Search Warrant , which would have been hard to read with the lights out . Ten ATF vehicles attended , clearly overkill , and appearing to be a hit squad . It was also said Mr Malinowski shot low towards their feet , apparently unwilling to kill , to halt their entry .
