This is a very poor design. A new pave next to a stagnant gutter, where is suppose to be a parking lane, the car can't even fit. After all these years they still don't know how to concrete a drain and put the pavement on top so that the vehicles can have adequate space to park. park. This broke my heart when I saw it.
