This is my second time watching Oak Brook! Looks like a great place. Iowa has a couple of malls that are outdoor - both outlet malls. Personally, I agree with you. Midwestern weather can be hard to predict at times.

I remember going there back in 2014 or 2015 and they still had the 2 story sears, i went inside there lol, a lot has changed since i went there

It was actually 3 floors. From the mall you were on the middle level. Then the third floor was entered on the second floor of the mall. The basement was entered from the parking lot where Sears had the short lived smaller store.
