I wish ducks would cooperate here. I’ve gone days without seeing a duck up close, where I’d normally see tons of ducks. Or fighting the ice to get to where I know would be good, but just can’t get there.

That third duck came in like we dream about during off season. Regarding shot size, I only use steel, but experimented w 4s 3s and 2s last couple years. I hunt the mis so bigger water and can get windy, but 4s don’t care for, 3s are ok, 2s just thump the best, esp on bigger ducks like mallards and cans, they get my nod 👍
