If it is organic, cold pressed oil it will come like that.To prevent it add very little Tamarind, fry for a while, take out and then continue.you will be able to fry without froth.

Mam we tried pokodam in the design thattu. It is breaking. What could be the reason. We cleaned the thattu holes nicely.

If you add sesame seeds it may not come down through the holes.Knead again with sprinkling little more water .

Mistake panni விட்டேன். Two class அரிசி மாவு, one பொட்டு கடலை மாவு, கடலை மாவு one சேர்த்து விட்டேன். அதுதான் oil நுரைத்து வந்து இருக்கு என்று தோணுகிறது.

It is an art. No need to boil water. It will come like a porridge because of fibre. Roast and sprinkle buttermilk and then prepare .No need to soak.

Mam, I tried your recipes with rice flour. It comes well.but when I tried the same by grinding ration Raw rice it not come well. Is there we use different ratio mam? Please reply mam.

There is no shop for that.There is a platform person from who made it by taking size of my murukku person.That is many years before.He was sitting behind of Ethirajulu naidu sons near mint st. Near Chinnammavaru koil.Lots of platform shops were there who were selling large iron vessels which they use for commercial purposes
