Mallorca Day 3 - Bonany & La Victoria

A less hilly ride today for Kyle's knee, featuring a wasp sting & a good few yippeee's.
Living our best lives and loving every moment :D and again sorry if I talked fast, when I'm excited I talk even faster than usual - I'll work on it when I get home :D.

Think I have done that Bonany climb to the Sanctuary from other direction Calas de Mallorca ..Wasps out early in the year then .. Miles are easier in the warm for sure .. Cannot fault Majorca apart from it getting a bit to popular in places certain times of the year. Nice route

1;04 on the video may i address Kayle directly you Amy are a climber Karl your a sprinter not a climber so much to much sustained pressure on your knees get some topical Voltaren " VOLTAROL " cream 75 mg some cling film to night going to bed put on the cream all around the knee cap and behind the joint wrap with cling film repeat two or three nights when you get back to the UK get it scanned this is important or rheumatics will set in and end cycling for you now i will watch your video thank you ,you make me smile all the way.
