Mallorcan summer salad | Trampo mallorquin

Trampo mallorquín is a delicious, traditional salad from Mallorca that will tantalize your taste buds. 4 tomatoes
2 green pointed peppers
1 white onion
2-3 tbsp green olives
4 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tin of tuna
1-2 tbsp red wine vinegar (optional)

@@diemittelmeerkueche Diesen Salat nicht zu zeigen, wäre ein Fehler 🤩! Ich habe einen großen Hang zur Mediterranen Küche und bin damit groß geworden. Und da ist es faszinierend, dass lecker auch einfach geht 👍

Das geht mir auch so. Ich bin zwar nicht so wirklich damit aufgewachsen aber in meiner Laufbahn als Koch habe ich viele Länder des Mittelmeerraumes bereist und so wuchs meine Liebe zur mediterranen Küche😀
