THANK YOU! Even though Fan Zhendong won, I want to praise Ma Long's backhand and how safe his backhand is. I think Fan has one of the best, if not the best backhand in whole history of table tennis and Ma Long won almost every backhand to backhand rallies. It was Fan who made more mistakes during the rallies, even though he's considered one of the toughest players to beat in the rally game. If the opponent wasn't Ma Long, Fan would have won a lot more easily. If Ma Long's wasn't facing Fan Zhendong, he probably would have won the match, whatsoever. Amazing game.

You guys don’t know what this match meant for Ma. This is the team’s final of the National Games of China, which is held every 4 years like the Olympic. Ma has won the singles gold medal twice, but never the team’s. He even gave up competing for the singles this time just so he can focus on this match. I suppose that for these Chinese National Games the pressure and the passion for the the first place is very high. So this pressure( from the teams and the fans) can overcome the usual fairplay at its detail, some moments. I am sure that after the matches, FZD asked an apology from Ma Long, during a tea or a coffee ❤️

His fan's glory is to beat ma long but not in this small match (domestic) or pro tour like this. It should be world tour like single WTTC, World cup, china national game and olympic. And he failed himself by losing ma long in olympic at this year and won single in china national cuz ma long not there !!. So WTTC (2021) is the last chance for him to prove himself cuz we all know that ma long getting older and knee injuries affects his movement a lot.
