@@alecagudelo930 hello, updating the message above: my time in schengen got over, we receive an email from the government of malta saying we need to leave the country to continue the process, we went to serbia (and after to montenegro), and after some weeks our visa was approved. So now we are going back to malta in the next weeks. It was a very difficult, hard, and exauthing process

@@IrfanSaleem541 For this visa, you must be present in Malta for at least 183 days out of the year and have a long-term lease as well as prove that you can work remotely 100% of the time. This may not be the best option for your situation.
