Hello! Everyone for today's video show you How make Malunggay Pandesal| Malunggay pandesal Recipe | Full Recipe is stated below please check it out!
Malunngay Pandesal
Ingredients
📌Dough
3 cups bread flour
+ extra for dusting and kneading
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 pc small whole egg
1/2 cup cooking oil
+ extra for greasing
1 tsp iodized salt
3 tbsp dries malunggay leaves (moringa leaves)
📌Activating the yeast
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsap granulated sugar
1 cup warm water
Procedure:
1. Pre heat oven at 210 C.
2. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes or until bubbly.
3. In a separate bowl combine bread flour, malunggay leaves , sugar and salt . Mix well until incorporated.
4. Make a hole and pour activated yeast, egg and cooking oil. Mex well.
5. Transfer to flat surface and knead for 7-10 minutes or until smooth.
6. Tranfer to greased bowl cover and rest for 1 hour or until double in size.
7. Press the dough to release air.
8. Transfer to flat surface and divide the dough in a small piece 30g each. Or your desire weight.
9. Make a ball shape and coat with bread crumbs.
10. Rest again for 1 hour.
11. Bake at 210 C for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
