Your muli ki recipe reminded me of my mother's recipe and that I once upon a time used to relish muli ki sabji but this recipe is lost in the भीड of restaurant and dhaba style recipes which are neither Punjabi nor Manglorian nor Udupi recipes, the nourishment is missing. Thankyou for the recipe

Didn't know mooli could be so good! Simple and how it should be! I think the trick is to use a generous amount of asafoetida and carrom seeds and fry on high flame till soft. And didn't have amchur as we never use it so substituted with a bit of jeera powder and lime juice at the end.
