I miss her so much. She would be still putting out albums, sold out concert tours and broadway shows. I don’t think her voice would have ever changed or aged if she was still with us. She’d be in the same class as Streisand. Pure, God given talent.

Wow. Mama's pretty light on her feet! Reminds me of my late grandma who claimed to be a go-go dancer. She got pretty big in her older years, but she still had a spring in her step when she danced a lil jig for me one time.

In a very short time, she did a lot. The musical and theatrical world wish she stuck around a good deal longer. I bet she could do the "Star Spangled Banner" at the World Series like nobody's business. I think she had a wonderful voice and tonality. Cass Elliot (RIP).

In the mid 60's,she sang in a band called The Mugwamps, who played a popular bar on M St in Washington,DC. It was great.

This past Spring I heard a bit about her passing... it wasn't due to choking... she had been up for two days, if I recall. I always feel like I might die when I try to party that hard.

FYI she did not die due to choking on a sandwich, I hear. They said that to avoid speculation about a potential drug overdose. I have no idea if drugs were involved, but apparently she stayed up for two days straight due to a hectic schedule of entertaining and her heart couldn't take it. Let that be a lesson to us all; get your sleep!
