These puppies were shivering against their mom in 4-degree weather. We talked to the woman who found them about how chubby and cute they are now, and why this rescue still brings her to tears!

Proves that mothers are pretty much universal if their babies are fed they'll starve as long as they're precious ones survive but so glad she was found so she didn't have to suffer that fate

Donna is that person you would describe as having angel wings that you can't see, but her actions show just how much of an angel she really is.... She has gone into every kind of situation she's had to, in order to save furbabies.... All different kinds of situations... She's absolutely fearless when it comes to rescuing..... There is a very special place in heaven reserved for her because she has such a pure heart and soul.... Even though I live a couple of states away, 3 I think, I would drive there just to adopt from them, Stray Rescue of St Louis, because of Donna ..... She is simply a very special special person.....

If you think these videos are heartwarming consider volunteering at your local sanctuary or shelter. Just start by walking the dogs, them get out of the kennels and walking them. It's a noisy environment and it is stressful and a little 1 on 1 time is needed. That's how I started and I've been fostering and rescuing for over a decade!

I recently retired and volunteer at the local animal rescue in my area. The dogs love to go for walks and need the human interaction and stimulation. This ease their anxiety and helps prepare them for adoption. So YES, please volunteer if you have the time!

I live in St.Louis and what Stray Rescue does is truly a Blessing for our City! Some of the houses Donna goes in, literally putting her own life at risk, and all she thinks about is getting them babies to safety!! Stray Rescue has actually bought the old Dept. of Corrections Work House and will be transforming it into a absolutely amazing facility so they are able to do more rescues, to have a bigger facility to take on medical case's, Mommas and their babies! Here recently though, someone, or someone's have went in and literally stripped the entire facility of it's Copper setting Stray Rescue back 100's of thousands of dollars!! 😢
