Mama Sue ..I’ve never boiled chicken in water?? Your chicken and rice hotdish also had this. Help. You just boil chicken in water or chicken stock and how long do you boil this chicken? Are they chicken breast?

Yes, for about 20-30 minutes, depending on how much chicken you have. You can use any kind of chicken. If you don't want to boil the chicken, just buy a rotisserie chicken.
