Great video. I had a similar experience. I went to my first Gucci Boutique on Rodeo Drive. It was very intimidating, but I was determined to pick up a tie I saw online. The sales associate was so welcoming, and kind. Wonderful experience. He asked me if I had ever been to a Gucci boutique. I sheepishly replied no, and he said, "Welcome to the Wold of Gucci". I was sold!!!😁
