Some things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing hair ties because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

I agree. I ordered the onion hair serum. I went through the ingredients and I was surprised how chemical based it was. Fragrance was strong. Consistency was similar to what you showed. Whenever you apply oil, don't comb your hair. Massage your scalp with oil and leave it for a couple of hours or more as ur preference then wash it. Comb only once the hair becomes dry, hair fall will be less by doing so🥰✌ ..... It is also important to comb your hair daily to prevent hair loss and wash your hair in three days to remove dirt and pollution accumulated in the scalp. This way you can prevent hair loss. Start consuming amla and use a mild chemical free shampoo.

Do not use oil on dirty scalp, better to oil another day after hair wash day🥰 Also, always use oil infuses with kalonji seeds, I have personally seen the difference because i have the same problem. Pranayam like anulom volom and kapal bhati will work wonders, make it a habit of doing these both without miss🥰 . If you can perfom sirshasan then its the best to deal with many hair problem🥰✌ Also, discover the root cause of the problem, take iron rich food, include amla in ur diet. By following all of these, u will definitely see the results🥰 .
