Search "queendom season 1 daily motion" and you will find it ❤️ P.s - g-idle , aoa, oh my girl, park bom , lovelyz are the other five contestants. The winner will get a seperate comeback in mnet. It is the best prize cause usually only male k-pop groups with a big popularity will get a whole comeback show in mnet and females don't. So this award meant a lot to all the participants and mamamoo won and had a complete show in mnet . That makes them the first female k-pop group to have their own comeback show. You can find the show in KZbin too. It's all a proud moment for moomoo's as mamamoo worked hard despite having hard schedules just to gift this for moomoo's. ❤️

Mamamoo's debut was 2014, around the same time as BTS. Much like BTS they signed with a small company, RBW, and experienced similar challenges getting recognition. BTS and Mamamoo are friends, there are videos of the two performing on stage together. This performance is not an award show, it's from Queendom #1 a competition show for females. The groups in the back are fellow competitors. Mamamoo went on to win Queendom. Mamamoo consist of 4 superstars, collectively and individually as each member has a very successful solo career. Some of their live performances, especially in front of their peers at award shows, are legendary in the KPOP industry. Thanks guys for reacting to Mamamoo. MooMoo's appreciate it and look forward to many more reactions to Mamamoo as a group and their solo works.

Mamamoo debuted in 2014. They're part of the 3rd generation. You're correct - the fandom name is moomoo. You probably noticed the green & white light sticks some of the moomoos were holding. Moo means radish in Korean and MMM's light sticks are shaped like daikon radishes. This performance isn't a comeback. It's from the female competition tv show Queendom in 2019 between 5 girl groups and a soloist. You're correct that many of the other other competitors look up to Mamamoo. The groups didn't know who else would be competing in advance and when Mamamoo was revealed one of the younger groups asked if MMM was there as mentors. In turn Mamamoo idolizes the soloist in the competition, Park Bom, who is a former member of the defunct 2nd gen gg 2NE1 and a cute moment occurred when everyone was introduced to start the show. Park Bom said she felt lonely sitting by herself and asked Mamamoo if she could join them. Hwasa said "Sure, come on over!" Prior to Queendom Park Bom released a single called 4:44 which featured MMM's Wheein (3rd from the left) as a guest artist. There were multiple rounds to Queendom with a different assignment each round. In this "Fan-dora's Box" round the competitors had to perform a song suggested by their fans. Mamamoo chose I Miss You, which was an unpromoted b-side single from their 2016 album Melting. The videos played before and during the song showed clips from their trainee days and ended with their shout-outs to moomoos when they started winning awards as a tribute to how far they've come with moomoos' support and Moonbyul re-wrote her original rap verse to turn I Miss You into a love song to the fans. MMM was the only group to take this approach to the assignment. Can you guess who was crowned the Queen of Queendom? Solar is the name of the 2nd singer from the left. She's Mamamoo's leader and eldest member. When Solar auditioned for their label RBW she performed Whitney Houston's I Will Always Love You and a short snippet of that audition was included in the video clips. Any moomoo will tell you that Mamamoo is best when they're live because of their amazing, always live vocals, riveting stage presence and bff team chemistry. Mamamoo launched their first world tour at the end of last year and have completed the Asian & Pacific Island part of the tour. Reportedly they're coming to North & South America next but dates and locations haven't been announced yet. I hope you get a chance to see them in Dallas. If you want to see more Mamamoo live you might want to check out two sampler videos that moomoos often recommend to new fans (aka "baby radishes" lol): Dingo Killing Voice: a 15 minute medley of original songs from throughout their career from their debut song Mr Ambiguous to their latest single at the time the Dingo video was filmed in 2020. Immortal Songs Medley: an 11 minute tour de force filmed at a MMM concert in 2017. The medley includes some of the covers of classic (immortal) Korean hit songs MMM performed on the singing competition tv show Immortal Songs 2.

Who not wants to see them live? 😭 Europe, Latam and US are still secretly praying that the world tour that has started was really meant as a world and does not end with Asia. But they also take their time and work hard on their solos, as far as we know. I'm switching a little excited from just now released mood samplers by MoonByul and Solar for their upcoming subunit album 'Act1, Scene1'. Again something completely new and unexpected and artistic. They do so incredibly much. I haven't seen this from any other group. and it's impressive. Together they have appeared on over 50 songs in the last year, be it solo releases, as Mamamoo or featuring... and I get the impression they're planning no less this year. What I really hope for is that they continue the tour ofc. I think this is extremely important to their bond with us Moomoos but also they will conquer even more hearts. I find all four really special in this K-music industry.

FYI.. This was a show called Queendom.. Mamamoo were part of a competition against other girl groups (G-IDLE, Lovelyz.. etc). They compete against one another using their own songs. Mamamoo is part of 3rd gen KPop.. they started at the beginning of 3rd generation. Mamamoo is known to sing all their songs everywhere live.. unlike the other idol groups who sometimes focus on dancing.

Not sure if it's already been put in the comments, but here is some background for the video. The show they were on "Queendom", had each participating group do a song dedicated to their fans. The song Mamamoo did, "I miss you", was originally a song about a breakup, but they reworked some of the lyrics, mostly Moonbyul's rap, to show their love and dedication to their fans, MooMoos. Funny side note, at the beginning of the show series, one of the other girl group members said, after she heard Mamamoo was going to be competing, that she thought they would be on the show as mentors.

I’ve been granted the honor of seeing them live multiple times at the Dream Concert in Korea, their live vocals are seriously no joke. I love MamaMoo they’re my fave girl group of all the 3rd gen. Jmac does a lot of 😔 and 🤦🏻‍♂️ in the reaction shen it comes to Papi lol. The fandom is MooMoo and their lightstick is a radish (mu in Korean) 😝 Jmac is in love with Solar.
