Also, yeah, french. Which isn't quite as surprising as it seems Hwasa took french as her foreign language in high school, wheein took sign language. Both have found ways to incorporate these into their music/performances in different ways (like some of the choreo in "starry night" is korean sign language for starry night)

I swear you spoil us so much! Ever since I watch your reactions and deep dives, other reaction videos feels like they lack a little something... Also I LOVE WAGGY ! I love how Mamamoo has a different costume for every single live stage of waggy. They were a fast food set meal for one and Hwasa was the sassiest ketchup you'll ever see!! I agree with you i think Waggy is also about puppy love/ liking someone. At the same time in Korea, they have saying whereby when someone falls for another, they would always follow the person they love just like a puppy wagging their tails and following their owners. Cutest song ever!

"Waggy" is indeed about puppy love, but literal. Thet've said it is falling in love with an actual puppy This was the song they promoted alongside "gogobebe" so there are a lot of fun stages of them in various costumes. Hwasa tends to play 'grumpy cat' so some think she hated the performances but in fact she loved them the most out of the group (solar was the least happy about it). In fact, solar was supposed to do a different animal noise in each performance (where she said 'i'm 29' in the sketchbook one), but hwasa loved the 'elephant' sound so much she begged solar to repeat it for virtually every performance, so we only got a handful of different sounds there

Great album. 1st song Where Are You has the same vibe like Sting's Seven Days. Absolutely beautiful. Take a listen to Sting's album 10 Summoner's Tale. Waggy was written by Moonbyul and if i'm not mistaken it's about love for your pets.😅 There's a brilliant video of Waggy where every live performance is compiled to one shot mv.

Wheein has far fewer writing credits than any other member of mamamoo, which doesn't actually mean she writes less than them (other than moonbyul, she is a beast) Wheein is much more shy about sharing her music, even among the other members. Even hwasa said she barely gets to see what wheein writes... Also, rbw's music ceo once said he loves the songs wheein writes and that he has a folder/file full of them that he's been waiting for the perfect time to release. Which feels like an absolute waste, since this was well before she left as a soloist and we have no clue if she was able to bring them with her or he got to claim them for the agency somehow. Nothing has been said about this since she left

For that "waggy" live, i'm sadly not surprised you had to edit it. Was hoping otherwise, but because 'sketchbook'... alas As for why hwasa's makeup wasn't as over the top as the other members, she was actually a special guest host on this episode of the show, so while the rest of mamamoo got to show up at the beginning of the episode then get their makeup done to be the final performance in costume, hwasa had to help host several more segments before running back to get her makeup done
