I did make this. I made two 9x9 pans. One for my son & one for me. It’s delicious . Plus so easy & made with on hand ingredients. That’s the part I really like. It’s a WINNER

Adding salsa into the meat/veggie part might help it hold together better. Shredded cooked chicken instead of beef would be delicious, too. I like the idea of toppings--sliced black olives along with the ones you mentioned.
