Fantastic work. At first look I thought it was the official trailer to the upcoming movie, then I read more. The clips from Silkwood made me think something was at play, but I was totally mesmerised. Thank you.

That's the reason everything looks familiar! They took clips from Silkwood & other movies when they, Meryl & Cher were younger, & put those clips in a movie with younger actresses, far enough away from the camera with blonde wigs, so your minds' eyes would accept that those faraway blondes were Donna or Sophie as children. It's costly to make 40 yrs old women or 75 yr old women look like children!

It actually did! About a year ago I watched your trailer and I love it! It even inspired me to imaging a story with the remaining songs of ABBA and when I heard a third film was actually possible, a trailer became a way to wrap up the idea. I tried to reach Judy unsuccessfully too and I found your way of reaching Judy via Instagram a very convenient so at least I wanted to share it to the world. I just hope a third film someday will see the light.

They don’t want to find out who the father is though. All three dads agreed having 1/3 of her was better than 2 not having any claim to her, which I think is better. She went from having no dad to having 3 that love being her father, biological or not.

Kann man die voherigen 2 Mamma Mia Filme wirklich nochmal toppen? Wird langsam sehr schwierig. Ich würde mich natürlich freuen wenn es einen 3.Film gäbe, aber auch wenn nicht, wäre das nicht der Untergang der Welt. "Man sollte eine Zitrone nicht zu weit ausquetschen bis kein Saft mehr raus kommt, das könnte ( tödlich) sein"! Es gibt einige Filme, bei der eventuell ein guter Wille da war, aber da war einfach der Schwung raus, weil die vorherigen Filme, alles gebracht haben. Eine Story zu erfinden, ginge ja noch, aber alles ins rechte Licht zu rücken wird dann aber zur großen Herausforderung! Was sagen Björn und Benny denn dazu? Ich wünsche ihnen mit ihrem Projekt alles Liebe und Gute und versuchen sie es.....toi,toi,toi! Meinen Segen als ABBA Fan haben sie!❤

@judycraymer There are rumors of a third in the works, remember it took 10 years to get 2 done. There are actors who said they will come back including Meryl and Christine, I really think that everyone will want to come back. Everyone had so much fun even with the hard work. I believe Judy Craymer has already planted seeds in 2 for a 3. If we get to see a part three, I don't think it will be like this hash up of different movie clips. I see the musical Matilda scenes, there are all different movie scenes in here. Mermaids with Cher, Silkwood with Cher and Meryl. There is confusion in a story line in this trailer. More Fan Fiction than anything else. A huge part of BOTH movies is Greece. Sophie and her Dads, Aunts and Sky. Not to mention the hotel Bella Donna. Meryl Streep and Christine Baranski both confirmed "the threequel is in the works." Said Meryl. Deadline in May 2024. " Producer Judy Craymer is planning Mamma Mia 3." Said Christine to the Hollywood Reporter. Looks like Universal might get in on a Momma Mia 3. Even without an official trailer, I believe the script is polished and now the fun begins. I envy the art department, it is fun and rewarding to see the writers vision emerge and to have a hand in helping to fulfill this dream world. All the best to these teams.❤❤❤❤❤

@carebear802 Some of the scenes were from Silkwood -- which starred both Meryl, Cher and Kurt Russel. Another scene I recognized (but didn't see the movie) was the staircase and I believe Meryl and Sissy Spacek were in that one together
