Molly, I’m sure you don’t read the comments, but just in case… I had to move from Florida (annual pass holder) to Orange County, CA because I have a very rare terminal illness and UCLA is one of the only places I can get treatment. I love nothing more than days at Disney, and I am so blessed to have Magic Key for Disneyland so that, even if I just have the energy after a treatment to go for an hour and walk around, I can add a little Disney magic to my life still. Anyways, I save up your Mammoth Club videos to watch during my chemotherapy. I don’t let myself watch until I have one so that it gives me something to actually look forward to!! It was so special today, that you posted a new Disneyland video on my treatment day. I feel so grateful that you guys are doing so much more Disneyland content! It truly has been magical 🎉⭐️ Thank you for what you do… and if you ever want to do a video about DAS and skip the lines with me… I’m your gal. Chicory was actually used in France when there always a coffee shortage to help make the coffee supply stretch out (napoleon’s blockade of 1808). Given Louisiana was a French colony, the coffee shortage hit the colonies and the technique made its way over as well. There ya go :)

They also used it because it’s a natural sweetener so that when you couldn’t get sugar during ww2 it was at least not so bitter I’m glad someone mentioned about the chicory it’s interesting

Listen, I may have said this before somewhere on a Mammoth Club video, but I'll say it again...I'm NOT an adventurous eater, I'm the exact opposite in fact. Another great video...hoping Magic Kingdom gets a version of Tiana's Palace food. My favorite part of the video was the review of the chicory coffee saying without caffeine was pointless! So true, I lived in Nashville for one year and folks there loved it, I just didn't get the hype. I love this kind of food and it's one reason why my family enjoys staying at French Quarter.

Molly may have known this already but Tiana is partly based on Leah Chase, a famous New Orleans chef (they sell her cookbooks in Eudora’s). One of her more famous recipes was Gumbo Z’Herbes, which is represented by the 7 greens gumbos (with and without meat) on the Tiana’s menu.

Yes! 🤤 It has carbs, protein and fat (depending on the added cheesecake). And with the word Pumpkin = vegetable, so it makes it a food having completed all 3 G food groups (Go, Grow, Glow).

When I went to New Orleans the beef po boys were my favorite! That one at tianas looks quite dry but I would recommend if you ever go to NOLA to get one there the beef is super juicy and tasty! Love your videos Molly 🫶 happy to see some love to the west coast when you do videos here

iPods still exist Molly. I have two of them (original and iPod touch that still works), you just don’t see them as much anymore. And yes, I do need ALL of the Baymax merch thank you! Another favorite character of mine! ESPECIALLY the S’mores Baymax! Dragon Fruit is SO GOOD! Paired with mango is THE BEST EVER! Unfortunately I cannot drink alcohol due to the restrictions of my current medications. I would like to try the Turbine Twirler though, sounds very good and I do love those flavors. I can relate to Wasabi VERY WELL. I do the same thing with everything I have! Very particular about where stuff goes so I can remember later (memory is garbage atm). I would very much love to try the Salted Caramel sundae! One of my favorite flavors! Never tried the Frozen Cocoa either so maybe. The Baymax bread loaf is ADORABLE!
