Oh my gosh I love these. I've only ever worked for other people when making cakes and never been allowed to take the time to freeze my flowers before trying to place them on the cake. I get the appeal of the Russian tips, but honestly, hand made roses using the #102 and higher tips look so much more realistic and beautiful. Although, i dont miss the days in the bakery piping hundreds and putting them in the freezer. it took forever. but i love that you can freeze them and pull them out whenever. Decorating is such a labor of love. I absolutely love the gold berries idea! totally gorgeous.
