It happens man, you can not be a perfect parent and have your kid do literally everything morally right, that's just so unrealistic. Her mom absolutely loved her, and according to sources close to her, they had a really close bond. She snuck out, key word "snuck" so she knew was not supposed to go anywhere and did anyways. Meaning, her mom more than likely taught her the dangers of being out by herself at night, but because shes a kid, (like we all were at one point) she did it anyway. Kids think they are invincible. It's just so unfair to blame the mother in any way. Like imagine finding out your 12 year old daughter was brutally raped and killed over a period of 2 hours.
