Investigators say Benitez Santana crashed his car into 27-year-old Trooper Christopher Gadd and killed him. The incident happened early Saturday morning.

Washington has long been known as the state to go to get a drivers license when you didn't have the citizenship paperwork to get one in a more stringent immigration state.

A year ago I was hit by an fellow with no license, no insurance and couldn't speak any English. A WSP officer told me he couldn't be cited and was allowed drive away. Kinda looked like this guy. Wouldn't that be sad state of affairs if it was him. This happens everyday across the country. I feel for the officers family. But us normies don't get a parade. We just get a trooper telling us to kick rocks.

Sadly this won’t amount to anything. A plea deal will get him maybe 8 months, or a trial might be 2 years. First degree homicide in Washington has a 28 year limit, so any manslaughter charge is relatively nothing.

That’s right let’s not blame the criminal. It’s the state trooper fault he was on the shoulder and he did not have his lights on. he’s such a good man he goes to church every day and he help his grandmother no no no let’s not convict him up manslaughter. he’s a good citizen of the United States of America. We should not convict him for smoking pot and drinking and driving. This is not a criminal offense. He was having a good time driving the officer was in his way.😮
