I've never had this issue with sneezing. Also my periods are quite predictable, I can feel they are coming 1-2 days in advance, then theres smudging and then the actual days are also 1-2days heavy and then they get lighter day by day and finished by day 5. Surprised someone can have it light first and then all of a sudden heavy. Interesting as it's the opposite with me

It’s kinda funny, ‘cause there’s a few of these I don’t get actually because I have MORE period than most people. Like, when you go through 5 pads a day, you stop giving a shit if anyone hears you open it. When you bleed for 2 weeks, get a few days off, and start bleeding again, you just don’t stop wearing pads & start layering underwear and/or shorts, so you don’t worry too much about waking up and realizing you started bleeding during the night. …In stead, you worry about nobody realizing you have an anemic iron deficiency for literal YEARS because every time you try to say it seems like a lot of blood you get reassured “that’s normal,” and chronic fatigue gets dismissed because “teenagers are always tired.”
