As a Liverpool fan you’ve redeemed yourselves with the Liverpool bit!! I will say as much as I agree Nunez NEEDS to score more, I think his contributions rn are really positive, especially yesterday. He ran everywhere, managed two pre-assists for the two clutch goals, pressed his heart out and had very good link-up play. I’ll take that for as long as we have other major goalscorers around him, but he will need to step up again

I think people have been too harsh on Kelleher. He’s barely played 3 games the whole year and is expected to just casually come into the starting 11 and fill Alisson’s boots. Give him a good run of games and you will see why us Liverpool fans really like him

Martinelli slander is way too much. I agree G/A isn’t there however his performances have been good most of the time. He constantly keeps the fullback on their toes and is such a positive baller. Sharky should of stated that a lot more. People don’t realise how difficult it is to cause havoc for the majority of the game and get G/A. He’s arguably had better performances then Saka this season but Saka has G/A.

Forest fan here. Answering Faysals question is tricky. I do think he is downplaying all cooper has done. Took us to promotion after having 0 points in 7 games as well as staying up with a team full of newbies. In the 23 years I’ve supported forest no manager comes close to the love I have for Cooper. I think most fans have him second to Clough. But on the other hand, I look at that team and think we should be doing a whole lot better. I’m worried I’m being biased but I do feel like we’ve got a squad that’s good enough to finish in and around mid table, yet, the last few games have honestly been shocking to watch from a tactical standpoint. We’ve given away 11 points from winning positions and if I’m not mistaken 3 or 4 of those have come after going 2 up. I look at Oliver Glasner and Graham Potter (probably unlikely) and think that maybe sentimentality is holding us back. It is a tricky question cos I really do want cooper to get it right and think with a fully fit squad he could but we should be doing a lot better and I fear for his position. Fans seem to be slowly turning.

On Nunez: He obviously should be more consistend with his finishing and it already cost us in the Luton game. But for some reason members of this podcast tend to reduce him to the goalmissing bozo who is only impacting games off the bench, againts tired legs. Nunez is consistently involved in the build up for most of Liverpools goals. Either through his speed, hold up play, link up play, pressing or his areal ability. Gabriel Jesus was called the second best striker in the league for having the exact same influence on the game.

On martinelli, although I do think his end product needs to improve, but the same as saka, his performances are getting better. In terms of his numbers, he's only had 1.18 xg created for him this season, and he's definitely suffered more from our issues creating than saka or our CF. Martinelli won't be what everyone expects him to be until he's 26/27 purely because his development at this level started so late to most of those he plays with or against.

as a brighton fan the lack of knowledge on the team is shocking. Mitoma has been coming off of injury, We have been ravaged by injuries and Suspensions. We lost solly marsh, Enciso, Welbeck, Lamptey, AND Estupinan all extremely important players for us. Not to mention majority of our players are under 21. De Zerbi has done exceptional for us.
