@@Select2Play It all depends on where you live. I live in New Hampshire (USA). This is what's called a "Hire/Fire State". You can be fired in New Hampshire for any reason an employer wants or they don't have to even have a reason. You can be let go from a job, if you were employed here, today. The boss would tell you to pack your belongings and not come back anymore, and the boss doesn't have to tell you why they are letting you go. It's really a messed up thing to me.... Does anyone else live in a "Hire/Fire State"?? I grew up on the West Coast and have lived here since I was 17. So, I don't have a clue if any other State is like that? And, I doubt it can be done to Federal workers. That's my guess though.

This guy could absolutely get fired on the grounds of being an HR nightmare and discriminatory himself. If he would do that to his wife, he might do worse to co-workers. And a lot of people get fired these days for what they post on their personal private social media. Because they represent the company and if they do things that make the company look bad then the company loses business. So a woman lost her job as a dental assistant recently because her coworkers found a pic of her on her Facebook of her at a beach in a bikini. The boss said her bikini was sexual and made him look bad. That's happening more and more now.
