Don't breakup with a woman in your house. Tell her you'll call her tomorrow. Then the next day call and tell her whatever you and breakup over the phone. If you do it in your house, she might have an emotional out burst and start smashing things in your place, become violent with you or smash her face into a wall to accuse you of assault. Breakup over the phone guys. Protect yourself from a woman's rage.

Trauma is when we have an experience that we're not emotionally equipped to deal with. Pressure makes diamonds, and boys learn how to be emotionally resilient from being put under stress. If someone has reached adulthood without ever experiencing stress, even minor events are going to be extremely traumatic. Especially consequences for choices that can't be blamed on anyone else and people don't have sympathy for. The real world has caught up with her and she's not equipped to shrug it off.
@customsongmaker7 ай бұрын
My theory is that some ancient cultures knew that, and that's why they had coming-of-age trials for young men. They put them through stress in a controlled way, and afterwards they were officially men. And in fact stress does make the brain stop learning in the way a child learns. Stress makes you transition to adulthood.

If the person sleeps in 3 or more different locations each week, hasn't had a full time job since high school and considers teeth to be "optional", then it is almost certainly as you say, an excuse.

I had the same thing from a girl when my ex wife and I split up. I didn't know about this catfish thing. This chick, she always took selfies and had a REALLY cute petite face. So I was excited to meet her. As we pulled up to our first date after talking for almost a month. She got out of her vehicle and I just got back into my car and drove away. She messaged me and was like wtf.....Im like YOU LIED. YOU LIED. Anyone who does this is disgusting. I always took full size pictures. Showed who I was. Now you need to ask to see full body AND proof of age. Cause one girl who was under the age tried to message me too saying she was 21 AND she looked it. but she was only 17. DONT trust anyone.

From someone with PTSD that the average person would say is justified, it's depressing and also comical to see these modern garden tools try to claim that as an excuse. If any of these people had real PTSD it would break them so fast. They don't have anything close to the fortitude required to endure it. And they have no clue how disrespectful it is to claim otherwise.

For the two women that was dodging the question about the obese woman. I honestly agreed with them at first with the medical problems. However, if there is no medical issue, then yeah that's not good. Personality, time, or place doesn't matter if her eating habits are horrible. I don't go to the gym, but I'm happy to say that I can at least fit comfortably through my doorway.

knew a guy. really generous caring dude. talented musician songwriter and performer in addition to working at a factory that cleaned and filled oxygen tanks. he met this girl and gave her everything. she was the one and he would move mountains to make her happy. they shared so many interests and passions. she liked all the same bands they went to festivals they roadtripped to small towns and did sort of the hippy jam band follow the band around thing. did meet and greets with bands they loved. i had never seen the guy so happy. he was always sort of a lovesick puppy and couldnt stand being alone and along comes this vision of his perfect future. she banged the drummer of his favorite band and dumped him. literally left a wound on a wound.

It's always one way. I'm sure mutual dependencies exist but in my 33 years I ain't never seen it. I feel like I've seen most of every type of scenario by now, men can be charged, indifferent manipulative and/or egocentric. Women are usually less charged but more manipulative and indifferent, almost always with a good dash of self serving ego. There are stereotypes for every kind of personality. But I tell you this man. No one uses intimacy with such casual disregard as some women do. I don't mean sex, or even relationships. I mean personal connections. It's like vulnerability is there for personal enjoyment no matter who gets hurt or killed. I find it morally revolting, abhorrent. It takes a certain kind of woman to form a deep connection with somebody and then twist and break them for fun.

On your commentary about the devils lettuce and not condoning bad habits. This one hits home for me, it's like the one vice I can actually do (alcohol and my body don't mix, I will feel like shit during and after) but also I let it kind of take over and it became a crutch. Now I am fighting to try and regain control, while also trying to not totally give up that vice but it is tough once you've fallen down that path.

I just stopped talking to a Mongolian girl here in South Korea for this very same reason. She approached me and wanted to go out and stuff, but she changed after a month and a half. Then, I saw she posted a story on Instagram about how women should never go back to men who cheated on them and she wrote "I made that mistake" Mind you, we were talking during that time...Anyways, she stopped messaging often and many things, so I was like fuck this, I only go for women who go for me and stopped seeing her. It's real fellas...Women love being with men who are toxic to them. A win for us though!

That "aren't men stronger than women tho?" -video kills me. I have a female friend who goes to the same gym as I. she waited for me once to finish my legpress set on which i had 80kg+some moving parts of the machine + my own weight (84-86kg) (it's a pretty awesome legpress lol). I did 12-13 reps until failure and needed a minute to recover my breath and relive post set sourness. After recovering I stood up and saw her with her jaws dropped looking at me and the machine. Smiling at her I asked "Why you looking like that?" to which she only replied impressed "How much weight is that?... I train COMPLETELY differently!", to which I said that I'm actually very very bad at this and for my body size and weight I should at least train with 110-120kg and that most trained guys actually go way beyond that. That was a complete shock to her. Turned out she neither knew the concept of training to complete failure too... They truly live in a complete different world than us...

Something i've learned is that you can very quickly see if a person is dogmatic to the point of sacrificing intellectual honesty, if they refuse to engage with simple hypotheticals that don't require much fleshing out. Cause like the larger women, when the guy with the billboard asked very simply "say (hypothetically) this model didn't have any medically caused factors, would you still say she's a good role model for kids"? The women completely pivoted back to "I don't know enough about her to make that assessment" even though this isn't about anything other than a person who hypothetically ate uncontrollably and got large. They knew that they couldn't sacrifice the end goal of spreading as much positive rhetoric for modern body positivity, and knew that engaging with the hypothetical would both be a mirror on their own choices, and a puncture to their cushy and fluffy belief system.

Worst part about the 50 yo ex supermodel is that she only now is starting to pick up on what most boys learn at age 11. Basic decency, basic humility, basic mannerisms....and by basic I mean super basic....she will need around 50 years to catch up with the rest of society.

Being on the diet I've been on for the last 3 months has sometimes been hard. Especially on days where I have a shitty day (which are few and far between thankfully). On those days, the urge to eat or drink stuff that is wasteful is pretty strong. I have had a PB&J sandwich instead of a regular dinner (meat and vegetables generally) twice, and both times it didn't help me in the slightest. The biggest thing to remember if you are on a diet (and it is healthy, not just there to cut pounds) is that your gut has an effect on your appetite. What you want to eat is strongly influenced by the bacteria in your body, and it takes about 21 days for the bacteria to die off, so if that culture is used to sweets, it will generally take about 21 days for the "bad" bacteria that likes unhealthy food to die off and stop making you crave it. If you can get past 3 weeks and some change without breaking a diet, you are generally good to go because the habit has at that point been biologically broken. But none of that will really matter if you don't get up and move on a daily basis, so you really have to do both.
@SN00PICUS7 ай бұрын
Goodluck to you man, make sure and double check that gut health though. I'm assuming you mean the parasites rather than the bacteria. You're nailing the mind hack times though. 21-28 days for habit resets and about 21 days to off the candida, but a round of antiparasitics can speed that up. A good person to talk to is your Family Doctor's PA or your chiropractor. They can introduce you to a few cheat codes and also ensure your nutrition is correct. Leave us an update as you progress 🍻
