After his adoptive parents died, Bill Gillespie, now 53, began digging in his past and he was not prepared for what he found.

He respected his adoptive parents enough to wait until they passed! They should be proud! His parents raised an honorable family man
@CcC-ct9tb9 ай бұрын
And now he is too late because of that. He shouldn’t have had to feel the need to wait for their sake, that’s selfish of them to expect.
@Jamezevans123Ай бұрын
Speaking as an adoptee, it isn’t disrespectful to adoptive parents for an adoptee to want to find and meet birth family, it’s not an either or situation, you can have both.
@Jamezevans1236 күн бұрын
@@AnastasiaZoldak Don’t comment on things you don’t understand or don’t affect you personally. We shouldn’t have to wait for our adoptive parents to die to search for answers, you’re suggesting that it’s some kind of betrayal or being ungrateful to our adoptive parents to do that, and if we do as you suggested then our birth parents might be dead, and it would be too late to meet them.

I had to dig for it, and I shouldn't have. At least post a link to the rest of the story in your description.
