He's homeless but he asked his little girl if she wanted a coffee or anything. He has nothing but is willing to give what little he has to his little girl. ❤️
@nathalieloujein59596 жыл бұрын
That looked so misplaced because SHE was the one who should have been offering HIM coffee, a seat, and, maybe, a basket full of fruits. SHE is the one with housing, and, apparently, not living in the streets. She is the younger one, and HE is the older one. She came to see her father empty-handed. And don't tell me her heart was full. Full of what?? IF it were so full of that 'love' she talks about, she would have asked him to live with her, and brought him home with her to spend the rest of his days with her. And also, don't say she doesn't have 'accommodations'. Surely, whatever she could offer for accommodations would be better than the streets. Unless she were a university student living in a dorm with room and board, she could have taken her father home with her.

as a man that havent known his father since childhood... that just started contact again.... its not easy to open up to something like this... belive me its the most wierd feeling emaginable... ive seen him 5 times over the past year and he just stopped contacting me... its the worst feeling ever to be let down a second time by a person that should do everything and anything for you... i will think twice before opening myself up again... so She better do what she damn well pleases and think before getting let down yet another time.

anas d c, I grew up with my Dad so never had such experiences. I'm sorry you had to experience that a second time. I do agree with you, my first thought was I'd want to take this man home because he seems so sweet & gentle, but I don't think that is wise. She needs to have time with him, talk to him-why did he skip out on her & her Mom? maybe she's come to terms with it, but yes I think after 20 years it's a good idea to develop the relationship a bit. IMO, if he's getting money for housing, he's been homeless, he has no reason to stay in London, why not get housing at least in the city where his daughter lives to make a real effort to work on their relationship instead of just depending on visits? If I was in her situation and he made that attempt, I'd make more of an effort to help him... with groceries and other needs. I mean it's not like he's working or any reason to stay in London that I can see.

My name is Angela, I was born in Elliott Lake Ontario Canada. when I was a baby my dad John got deported to the U.K. as I got older I tried to find and and reach out to his family that was still in Canada but unfortunately they wanted nothing to do with me :'( all this changed on Christmas day 2016 I got a Facebook message from my dad! he had finally found me! I am living in Sault Ste Marie Ontario Canada and he lives in Blackpool England. I hope to have enough money saved up to go over and meet him by July :) we talk almost daily on Facebook using the video chat app its extremely emotional

If you believe in science then I have an answer for you. According to Einstein's theory of relativity, the fabrics of space and time are interconnected and they simply cannot exist without one another. Before the big bang, there was no space and thus no concept of time. Therefore, we really don't know what caused the big bang and we really can't say what happened before it because the universe was timeless. To ask what came before God does not make sense simply because time is a dimension that existed only when the universe began.

People assume that when someone is living in that condition that they don't care about anything, not even themselves anymore. And yet...here he is meeting his daughter for the first time in years, after years of her not knowing him. He is not wanting her to see him with a mouthful of missing teeth. 😭😭 God Bless the ladies who started this and got the ball rolling for her to find him. When the world cares nothing can stop us. But we must all care... those of you who helped know that you are also giving hope to millions of us that have no home or anyone to love. Thank you for what you did for this man with all my heart.

Anni, she is a darling, what a wonderful person and so is the dad, saying that he did not want to be a problem in Anni life, Wish them both the best, What a happy ending or should I say a start.

I wish my dad was this happy to see me, but he's more happy to see drugs and alcohol than to see his own kid

When I meet my father for the first time, I do not assume it will be as nice. Just found out yesterday that I have two young sisters.

if you should ever have an own child, I hope you will love and care for oneanother. good luck with your siblings if you intend to contact them.

msjanegrey Thank you, I do plan on contacting them. But they are very young so I would need to ask my father first.

everyone deserves a place to live. we give housing to mass murderers, why not to these poor people. i don't care what their problems are.

+yearofthejacquie In Canada, rent is so expensive yet they refuse to have the minimum wage at the level where you don't have to spend your entire paycheck on rent alone. It's so difficult. They have this supposed housing crisis yet they wont re install Rent Control. The government prefers to have control by having low income housing buildings instead of having subsidized housing for everyone (and not just those with children at home).

in Scandinavian countries the government gives house and money for people they needed and we don't have homeless people thankful
