I hope that what I am suggesting is correct. When you store your eggs you should put the pointed end in the box first. It has to do with the round end having the air sack. I think it has something to do with the egg lasting longer b4 it gets unusable. Where you store the eggs b4 you consume them do not keep them in the fridge, the egg will absorb the taste of what ever else that is in the fridge. It also applies to tomatoes

Yes, pointed end down and DO NOT WASH. IF WASHED YOU HAVE TO REFRIGERATE. Refrigeration helps them last longer and I have zero knowledge of my eggs absorbing odors but I keep a box of baking soda in mine. If you have an egg in question, try to float it in clean water. If it floats, it's BAD. HAPPY NEW YEAR❣️💯

C'est vrai pour tout cela - l'oeuf est un milieu clos et stérile, on peut les garder 21 jours avant que le germe ne se développe - pour savoir s'ils sont " frais " les mettre dans l'eau , ils ne doivent pas remonter... sinon c'est que la poche d'air s'est développée et il ne faut pas les manger ... 🤕faire des gâteaux avec une température ambiante garantisse le succès - pas d'oeufs froids - cordialement

​@@evelynebaton3702Truth. The egg has what's called a 'bloom' covering the shell to protect it. If you get the egg wet then that destroys the bloom, and then you have to refrigerate. If the egg is dirty, just wipe it with a dry cloth only. Then if in doubt, float. No cold eggs is such a good tip! If refrigerated, let the egg stand first to room temperature. 😍
