I can't imagine my wife wearing something like that" because I've been a real wife, for many, many years, and not once did I ever go out, with my chest exposed, except at the beach, in a bathing suit, that covered my back side, that even had a 7 inch ruffle, that looked like a skirt that covered in front. The top, also covered as well, as much as possible. I had a very nice shape, as a young mother, but some things we keep for our husbands. I felt it was disrespecting all men, but most particularly my own man, by prancing around in the outdoors, in less than my underclothing. Most young women today seem shameless, but no one says anything, like parents, to their teen daughters. They go to church in dresses that show cleavage, and leave little to the imagination. So, I was glad to hear you, and wonder what other men think? Do you approve of the way many young women dress today, or would you want your wife to dress provocatively, when going to work, or taking your children to school, shopping, or to eat?

The transferring of assets does not work everywhere... For instance where I live transferring assets like property is subject to a sales tax of 4% and money needs to be exchanged or it is considered fraud. If it is a gift the tax spikes to 15% unless it is a gift to the person you are married to. A better way to do this kind of hiding in most cases is to place the property in a trust that you are in charge of. At this point the legal entity that owns the property is the trust and not you and of course since you run the trust you can allow yourself to live in the property while not owning it. Now there are many more steps to this loophole of course but from a very high level perspective this is how most of those with more money than most handle these things. Also because should you die the running of the trust can be set to transfer to your offspring since the ownership of the property does not change hands and the running of the trust is not considered a financial benefit there is no taxation while it does allow the new person in charge of the trust to choose to allow themselves to live there effectively giving them a tax free inheritance. Again I must stress there are many more things to this. So please consult a specialist before trying to outsmart the taxman, but be aware that there most certainly are tricks in every jurisdiction to ensure that the taxman can only look on in envy as you avoid his greedy claws. The same goes for money hungry ex-partners. If you are thinking about doing something like this but are worried about what your partner might think, keep in mind that this is not something that would cause them any harm as the trust can easily state that your partner will be allowed to live out their days in the property should they out live you for instance. Doing something like this is merely an insurance against both the taxman getting greedy or your partner deciding to try and empty your bank account on their way out of the relationship. It is no different than a prenuptial agreement which ensures that if either of you win the lottery the other will even if the relationship ends not automatically walk out the door with half of that price money. If your partner is not willing to sign the agreement you should really question why this might be... if they maintain the relationship will never end then why not sign? There is now downside to doing so and the legal fees are minimal, it is the best insurance policy you will ever sign. If they say that this is because you don't trust them all you can say is I do trust you fully that is why I am willing to vow to be yours till the end of time. This is also why I see this purely as a formality that we have to take care of again pointing out that this deal works both ways if their great aunt were to pass away and they end up inheriting a small fortune it is theirs and they can choose if and if so how much of that windfall to share with you. Since you would be married partners you would if you were to receive a fortune of course happily share this with them and you would hope they would do the same but you do not want to force them to do so just because they married you many years prior. I have been in a prenuptial agreed marriage and I learned a very important lesson, luckily my then partner was pretty reasonable and didn't try to take me for all, it still cost me a small fortune though. My second marriage the one condition I set even before we got engaged or even talked about getting married some day was that without a prenuptial agreement there would never again be a marriage. We are happily married for over 10 years now and we share everything every windfall and all hard times. But we both know that if either of us were to hear that door close as our longterm partner leaves us we can rest assured that they will not be walking out with half of everything we own.

My husband has been the father figure to my youngest since she was 2. Her father has passed away. If something should happen and he wants to continue supporting her as he has been her father that’s wonderful but it’s not his obligation and the act of him doing so shows what a wonderful man he truly is. My parents divorced after 22 yrs of marriage and the death of their fist born and only son 6 weeks after graduation. I was 3 when he died and 5 when they divorced. While my father was my father and my step dad never tried to “change” that perspective, my step dad was my dad. He taught me to ride a bike, he taught me hanging drywall, carpentry, plumbing and various skills. He fixed the things that were broken. Physically and emotionally while my dad eventually healed the best he could from his dark times. Both men Vietnam vets. My mom refusing to take half his retirement only to find out afterwards the woman he was going to marry he had been cheating with. In the end they all became good friends and my dad was married to my step mom for 23 yrs til he passed. Some women appreciate those men who step up and do right by a woman they love while others are simply trash looking for money. WE ARE NOT THE SAME. So don’t generalize.

The issue with the man winning the law suit is that the responsibility is pushed on the men again. He wasn’t in a marriage, the woman was. So once more they get out of responsibility and the hard part of equality.

It's all about fun for them, fun is all they care about, not people. They would eventually get bored of the new guy and do it again.

Yeah that report about Tom Brady isn’t entirely true. Gisele made more money than Brady did so she wouldn’t have been given half his stuff even if it really came down to it.

No, you would not be responsible for child support for step children after a divorce. Unless you are the bio-parent or legally adopted the children, you have no financial obligation to them after a divorce.

Id laugh at the judge if he told me to pay for kids thats not mine. Id rather be in a box under ground and id be happy

"Idk how you have the camera like this" You are legally allowed to record legal meetings... Like, I don't understand the confusion. BTW, in Canada, in order to get child support, paternity must be established. The US courts are not the only courts in the entire world.

Absolutely wrong. If you marry someone who has children, you have ZERO responsibility for them if you divorce. ONLY if you legally ADOPT her children are you responsible after the divorce.

For the last guy, if he did sign adoption papers I would think he is liable for child support - same as if they adopted a baby together. If he was just a step parent I would think dissolution of the marriage would leave him free and clear, bc their marriage certificate is the only legal contract. (If those adoption papers exist that changes the situation...)

That last one may have to pay support anyway due to his parental involvement for seven years…it all depends on the judge😊
