Two years before, I won custody of my son. The court here in Indiana brought me in because I had fallen $38.76 behind in child support. It wasn't even my fault. The restaurant owner switched payroll companies and things got miscommunicated between the owner and the payroll company. I didn't even know that something had happened to my voluntary garnishment. I apologized to the judge and offered to pay instantly after I left court. He asked my ex wife what she thought should happen. She said "He should go to jail. He did it on purpose. " He sentenced me to 2 weeks in jail and I lost a career, a girlfriend, and my apartment. Tell me again about equality.

@darcichambers6184Ай бұрын
This was actually the result of a one night stand, I believe. These two were never married. Her claim basically ruined the marriage he was in and almost cost him the relationship with his actual biological son. (Who was standing next to him in this clip). After this, the man went over to the son who wasn't his, gave him a hug, apologized again, and wished him well. Mom blows her cool and starts yelling about how he needs to get away from her son and how he's a bad influence. Woman YOU and YOU alone caused all of this to happen. None of it was the man's or your son's fault! I saw this week ago, so I'm not sure, but the Judge might have told the man to take the papers to his attorney and try to get a fraud case going.
@NdxtremeProАй бұрын
@@darcichambers6184 None of that is surprising. The guy shouldn't have stepped out on his own wife and kid, so dealing with the repercussions of his actions is natural. Her dealing with the repercussions of her actions are also natural. The sons who are both innocent in the source of this mess are having to deal with it as well.
@darcichambers6184Ай бұрын
@@NdxtremePro I believe this was a sexual encounter from before he was married. 🫠 or that his current marriage was a second marriage. It didn't seem that he stepped out on anyone. That first lady should be at least sent to jail to match the time he spent in there due to her lies. And the fact that she has seen absolutely zero consequences of her actions in her life is plastered on her face is just too much... But I guess nothing was done due to her actions again. There should be some consequences... More and more I see these that mandatory paternity testing would solve a whole bunch of issues... And it is not a problem for any good people we have out there, only for the people doing sneaky stuff... And it can save people from being lied to for decades and having to perpetuate the lies for that time.

I agree with everything you said, however there are states that still declare the child born during marriage to be the financial responsibility of the husband. My uncle went through this. He & his wife had been separated for 6 years, lived in different states, she had a baby, and sued him for child support. He noticed his paycheck was missing a lot of money, and that's how he found out. It was an awful mess for over a year, but he scared her with a full custody suit, and she decided to do the right thing. The bum she was living with was the father, and he was actually ok with his son having the last name of another man! AND he was very ok with the extra $1,200 a month.

Another legal option is to set up a trust that you can move all your assets, money and investments into. You need to talk with an estate lawyer on how to go about it. Legally, nothing in the trust belongs to you as the trust is a separate legal entity from you. You can use the assets and get paid out from it but it's very difficult for anyone to take any of it because again none of it belongs to you.

I am a South African and here by us 4 parties would have had liability in this Case: 1 - The mother for actively deceiving the state by presenting falsified evidence in a court of law, thereby defeating the ends of justice. 2 - The public prosecutor and/or the public prosecutor's office for extreme oversight of procedures and protocols in these matters. The prosecutor would have been sacked and disbarred to never represent anyone in court, ever again! 3 - The magistrate/judge for the same reasons as the prosecutor and the same actions as for the prosecutor! 4 - The laboratory who stamped the falsified papers, would have their licence revoked, unless they could prove the mother worked and acted alone in this deception. All of this would've at least bring the father some monetary reprieve.
