92 dollars in change? What a fucking asshole. Places will ask him not to return, and it will be enforced. An Old Country Buffet near my previous home had a wedding party just drop in - they expected the place to clear out for their 50 people on a busy night completely unannounced. After nearly 3 hours of just bullshit from the wedding party they were given their bill - which they declined to pay. They claimed no one ate except for 5 people and so that's all they where going to pay, and then the owner went apeshit. He got info a shouting match and they called the police, but the cops couldn't force them to pay - in then end they only paid around $60.00 though they are EVERYTHING, and stole silver ware too. The owner set the camera to record and saved pics that got printed out and posted, no service to them if they came back. Fast forward 2 months later, 5 or 6 people from that wedding showed up and we noticed them instantly - they were the most obnoxious so it was easy to remember them. They didn't make it past the front door, and we're humiliated for their shitty behavior.
