Though it’s wrong to dump puppies on the street because you cannot, or do not know how to take care of them, I don’t think wishing someone upon that is the right thing to do; a better idea is to educate them on how to get rid of puppies in the right way. Abandoned puppies by random people also abandoned because spay and neuter programs are nonexistent in Greece (says this in the video). There is significantly high numbers of stray dogs/cats. So there ends up accidental litters. Charities are based on volunteer work and donations.

Greece is absoLutely full with stray dogs, my nana found one and adopted her. She named her trudie because she found her in the trudos mountains. She died about a year ago but she was 12 years old! She will be in heaven with my little dog monte who passed a few months ago

André Stephania yes, I live in sweden and the progress was very simple! I paid a sum of money (around 350 dollars which is way cheaper than buying a dog) and then they vaccinated, sterilized and washed her and put her on a plane along with other recently adopted dogs. Then we drove to the airport and picked her up. Of course, before you can adopt you have to go through a short survey so that they know you’re a good person but it was all very simple. Highly recommend it

Over a decade ago my sister found a cat taped up in a box in a dumpster outside her apartment. I was so flabbergasted at the time cuz it had never occurred to me that someone would ever do something like that to an animal. Love that kitty, she passed away in 2017, I miss her.
