Pick one. Thriving? Thriving how? The Chiefs parade mass shooting? The Burnsville ambush? The subway slashings? The hate hoaxes? The Circle Center mass shooting? Thriving how exactly? By lowering placement exam standards? By becoming squeegee kids? By joining the Kia Boys? How precisely?
